Der Streaming-Dienst PlayStation Now wird bekanntlich nicht nur für die PlayStation 4 verfügbar sein, sondern unter anderem auch auf Sony Bravia Fernsehern zum Einsatz kommen. Obwohl sich PlayStation Now derzeit in Ameirka in einer geschlossenen Beta-Phase befindet, veröffentlicht Sony noch in diesem Jahr gleich 9 verschiedene Bravia-Geräte die alle mit PlayStation Now Support ausgeliefert werden.
Die neuen Sony Fernseher werden vergleichsweise teuer. Das günstigste Gerät besitzt eine Bildschirmdiagonale von 49 Zoll und wird für 2,099 US-Dollar erhältlich sein. Etwas teurer wird das Modell mit 85 Zoll Diagonale das für gut 24,999 US-Dollar angeboten wird.
“We continue to be the only company that offers a complete lineup of consumer 4K products, including TVs, front projectors, cameras, and camcorders, while also leading the industry in providing 4K content,“ said Mike Fasulo, president at Sony Electronics, who went on to state that the company is “leading the 4K movement.”
